Ayesha reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had a black cloak draped over him when his pain grew severe. She said, he would at one moment place it over his face, and at another moment uncover it, saying, "May Allah destroy a people who took the graves of their prophets as places of worship," warning his community against doing the same.

كان على رسول الله ﷺ خميصة سوداء حين اشتد به وجعه قالت فهو يضعها مرة على وجهه ومرة يكشفها عنه ويقول قاتل الله قوما اتخذوا قبور أنبيائهم مساجد يحرم ذلك على أمته
