Ayesha reported,

Ayesha reported that whenever the Prophet ﷺ fell ill, he would recite the two surahs of refuge over himself and blow lightly. She said, "When his illness grew severe, I began reciting them over him and blowing, and wiping him with his own right hand, seeking its blessing."
