Ayesha reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The end of my nation will come through stabbing and plague."She said, "I asked, 'Messenger of Allah, we know what stabbing is, but what is the plague?'"He replied, "A swelling like the swelling that afflicts camels. Whoever stays put through it is like a martyr, and whoever flees from it is like one who flees from the battlefield."

حدثنا يحيى بن إسحاق قال أخبرني جعفر بن كيسان قال حدثتني معاذة قالت سمعت

عائشة تقول

قال رسول الله ﷺ فناء أمتي بالطعن والطاعون قالت فقلت يا رسول الله هذا الطعن قد عرفناه فما الطاعون قال غدة كغدة الإبل المقيم فيها كالشهيد والفار منها كالفار من الزحف
