The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to sleep during the early part of the night and spend its latter part in worship.
حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال حدثنا إسرائيل عن أبي إسحاق عن الأسود
أن رسول الله ﷺ كان ينام أول الليل ويحيي آخره
