The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say during his bowing, "Glorified, Most Holy, Lord of the angels and the Spirit."
حدثنا روح قال حدثنا شعبة قال سمعت قتادة قال سمعت مطرف بن عبد الله
كان رسول الله ﷺ يقول في ركوعه سبوح قدوس رب الملائكة والروح
Its isnad is sahih. It has previously appeared at 25310.
