Khalid bin Abu Salit reported,

We were with Umar bin Abdul-Aziz when the people there mentioned a man sitting to relieve himself while facing the qiblah, and they disapproved of it. Then he reported from Arak bin Malik, from Ayesha, that this matter was once mentioned in the presence of the Prophet ﷺ, who said, "Have they really done that? Turn my seat toward the qiblah."

عن خالد بن أبي الصلت قال

كنا عند عمر بن عبد العزيز فذكروا الرجل يجلس على الخلاء فيستقبل القبلة فكرهوا ذلك فحدث عن عراك بن مالك عن عائشة أن ذلك ذكر عند النبي ﷺ فقال أوقد فعلوها حولي مقعدي إلى القبلة
