Ayesha reported,

There was a woman from the tribe of Banu Asad with her when the Prophet ﷺ entered. He asked, "Who is this?"She replied, "This is so-and-so. She does not sleep at night."The Prophet ﷺ said, "Take on only what you can sustain. By Allah, Allah does not tire until you tire. The most beloved religious practice to Allah is the one its doer maintains consistently."

عن عائشة قالت

كان عندها امرأة من بني أسد فدخل النبي ﷺ فقال من هذه قالت هذه فلانة لا تنام فقال النبي ﷺ عليكم بما تطيقون فوالله لا يمل الله حتى تملوا أحب الدين إلى الله عز وجل الذي يداوم عليه صاحبه
