Usama bin Zayd tripped on the threshold of the door and gashed his forehead. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me, "Wipe the harm away from him."She said, I felt squeamish about it.She said, So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ began to suck the wound and spit it out. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Had Usama been a Jariya, I would have clothed him and adorned him until I had married him off."
حدثنا حجاج قال أخبرنا شريك عن العباس بن ذريح عن البهي
أن أسامة بن زيد عثر بأسكفة أو عتبة الباب فشج في جبهته فقال لي رسول الله ﷺ أميطي عنه أو نحي عنه الأذى قالت فتقذرته قالت فجعل رسول الله ﷺ يمصه ثم يمجه وقال رسول الله ﷺ لو كان أسامة جارية لكسوته وحليته حتى أنفقه
