Its isnad is sahih. Harun is Ibn Musa the grammarian and Quran reciter, and he is trustworthy, his hadith appears in the Sahihayn. The hadith is found in Hakim 2/236, where he graded it sahih and Dhahabi agreed with him. Bukhari mentioned it in his Tarikh al-Kabir 8/222 in the biography of Harun, and Abu Naeem in Al-Hilyah 3/63 in the biography of Budayl.
