Two qiblahs cannot coexist in one land, and no jizyah is to be imposed upon a Muslim.
لا تصلح قبلتان في أرض وليس على مسلم جزية
He did not mention the full chain, and it is the same chain that has already passed at 1949, from Jareer, from Qabus, from his father, from Ibn Abbas. The hadith is a repetition of the one before it.
