Ayesha reported,

The Prophet ﷺ was invited to the funeral of a young boy from the Ansar. I said, "Messenger of Allah, blessed is this one, a sparrow from the sparrows of Paradise. He neither encountered evil nor did it."He replied, "Or it could be otherwise, Ayesha. Allah created people for Paradise. He created them for it while they were still in the loins of their fathers. And He created people for the Fire. He created them for it while they were still in the loins of their fathers."

حدثنا وكيع قال حدثني طلحة بن يحيى بن طلحة بن عبيد الله عن عمته عائشة بنت طلحة

عن عائشة أم المؤمنين قالت

دعي النبي ﷺ إلى جنازة غلام من الأنصار فقلت يا رسول الله طوبى لهذا عصفور من عصافير الجنة لم يدرك الشر ولم يعمله قال أو غير ذلك يا عائشة إن الله عز وجل خلق للجنة أهلا خلقها لهم وهم في أصلاب آبائهم وخلق للنار أهلا خلقها لهم وهم في أصلاب آبائهم
