Ayesha reported,

I used to enter my room where the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and my father were buried, and I would take off my outer garment, saying, "They are only my husband and my father." But when Umar was buried alongside them, by Allah, I never entered without being fully covered in my clothing, out of modesty before Umar.

كنت أدخل بيتي الذي دفن فيه رسول الله ﷺ وأبي فأضع ثوبي فأقول إنما هو زوجي وأبي فلما دفن عمر معهم فوالله ما دخلت إلا وأنا مشدودة علي ثيابي حياء من عمر
