The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say in his prostration or bowing, "Glorified, Holy, Lord of the angels and the Spirit."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق حدثنا معمر عن قتادة عن مطرف
أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يقول في سجوده أو ركوعه سبوح قدوس رب الملائكة والروح
Its isnad is sahih. It has already appeared in 25482.
