Ayesha reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came in to visit me while a woman of fine appearance was with me. He asked, "Who is this?"I replied, "Messenger of Allah, this is so-and-so, daughter of so-and-so. She does not sleep at night."He said, "Stop, stop. Take on only as much worship as you can sustain, for by Allah , Allah does not tire until you tire. The deeds most beloved to Allah are those performed consistently, even if they are few."
