It was reported that whenever the Prophet ﷺ fell ill, he would recite the Muawwidhat over himself and blow.
حدثنا عبد الرحمن عن مالك عن الزهري عن عروة
عن النبي ﷺ أنه كان إذا مرض يقرأ على نفسه بالمعوذات وينفث
