She used to wash the head of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while she was menstruating, and he was in spiritual retreat, extending his head out from the mosque into her chamber.

أنها كانت تغسل رأس رسول الله ﷺ وهي حائض وهو معتكف يخرج رأسه من المسجد إلى الحجرة
