The Prophet ﷺ said, "Any woman who marries without the permission of her guardians, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid. If the marriage has been consummated, she is entitled to her dowry for what he has had of her. If they dispute, then the ruler is the guardian of one who has no guardian."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق قال أخبرنا ابن جريج قال أخبرني سليمان بن موسى أن ابن شهاب أخبره أن عروة أخبره أن
أن النبي ﷺ قال أيما امرأة أنكحت بغير إذن مواليها فنكاحها باطل ثلاثا ولها مهرها بما أصاب منها فإن اشتجروا فإن السلطان ولي من لا ولي له
