The Prophet ﷺ went out one morning wearing a patterned cloak made of black hair.
حدثنا يحيى بن زكريا حدثني أبي عن مصعب بن شيبة عن صفية بنت شيبة
خرج النبي ﷺ ذات غداة وعليه مرط مرجل من شعر أسود
Its isnad is sahih. It is found in Muslim 3/1649 no. 2081, and Abu Dawud 4/44 no. 4032, both in the chapter on clothing.
