The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would not refrain from any part of my face while he was fasting.
حدثنا يحيى بن زكريا حدثني أبي عن صالح الأسدي عن الشعبي عن محمد بن الأشعث بن قيس
ما كان رسول الله ﷺ يمتنع من شيء من وجهي وهو صائم
Its isnad is sahih. Salih al-Asadi is Ibn Salih, the companion of Shaybi, and he is reliable, his hadith appears in Nasai. Muhammad bin Ashath bin Qays al-Kindi is trustworthy, one of the senior successors, and it is said that he had companionship with the Prophet. The hadith was already mentioned at 24580.
