I asked, "Did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ raise his voice when reciting?"She replied, "Sometimes he raised it, and sometimes he lowered it."
حدثنا يحيى بن آدم حدثنا ابن مبارك عن معمر عن عطاء الخراساني عن يحيى بن يعمر
قلت كان رسول الله ﷺ يرفع صوته بالقراءة قالت ربما رفع وربما خفض
Its isnad is sahih. Ata Khurasani is Ibn Abu Muslim, and the hadith was narrated by Nasai in Al-Kubra 1/334, no. 1041.
