Aisha said to the Prophet ﷺ, "Messenger of Allah, every one of your wives has a kunya except me."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her, "Take the kunya Umm Abdullah."So she was called Umm Abdullah until she died, though she never bore a child.

للنبي ﷺ يا رسول الله كل نسائك لها كنية غيري فقال لها رسول الله ﷺ اكتني أنت أم عبد الله فكان يقال لها أم عبد الله حتى ماتت ولم تلد قط
