Ayesha reported,

The Prophet ﷺ used to say in his bowing, "Glorious, Holy, Lord of the angels and the Spirit."Hisham bin Abu Abdullah reported that he said this in both his bowing and his prostration.

أن النبي ﷺ كان يقول في ركوعه سبوح قدوس رب الملائكة والروح قال وقال هشام بن أبي عبد الله في ركوعه وسجوده
