The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Hold fast to the unpleasant but beneficial talbinah," meaning the broth.She said, "Whenever any member of his household fell ill, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would have the cooking pot kept on the fire until one of two outcomes was reached," meaning either recovery or death.
