Ayesha reported,

She entered the state of ihram intending to perform Umra. When she arrived, she did not perform tawaf around the Kaaba before her menstrual period began. She then performed all the rites of Hajj, having entered ihram for it as well. On the Day of Sacrifice, the Prophet ﷺ said to her, "Your tawaf will suffice for both your Hajj and your Umra."She refused, so he sent her with Abdul-Rahman to Tanim, where she performed Umra after the Hajj.

أنها أهلت بعمرة فقدمت ولم تطف بالبيت حتى حاضت فنسكت المناسك كلها وقد أهلت بالحج فقال لها النبي ﷺ يوم النحر يسعك طوافك لحجك ولعمرتك فأبت فبعث بها مع عبد الرحمن إلى التنعيم فاعتمرت بعد الحج
