I said, "Messenger of Allah, Abdullah bin Judan, during the days of ignorance, used to feed the guest, ransom the captive, maintain ties of kinship, and treat his neighbors well." I praised him and asked, "Will any of that benefit him?"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "No. He never once said, 'My Allah, forgive me on the Day of Judgment.'"Affan once said, "I praised him."
