Some Jews came to visit the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Death be upon you."He replied, "And upon you."Ayesha said, "Upon you be the curse of Allah and the curse of the cursers."They said, "Your father was never one to use foul language."When they left, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her, "What made you do that?"She replied, "Did you not hear what they said?"He said, "Did you not see that I said, 'And upon you'? What I said against them will befall them, but what they said against me will not befall me."

دخل ناس من اليهود على رسول الله ﷺ فقالوا السام عليك فقال عليكم فقالت عائشة عليكم لعنة الله ولعنة اللاعنين قالوا ما كان أبوك فحاشا فلما خرجوا قال لها رسول الله ﷺ ما حملك على ما صنعت قالت أما سمعت ما قالوا قال فما رأيتيني قلت عليكم إنه يصيبهم ما أقول لهم ولا يصيبني ما قالوا لي
