Ayesha reported,

The Prophet ﷺ used to say in his bowing, "Glorified, Most Holy, Lord of the angels and the Spirit."Shuba said, Hisham bin Abu Abdullah narrated to me from Qatada, from Mutarrif, from Ayesha, that she said it was in his bowing and his prostration.Affan said, Shuba said, "I mentioned that to Hisham bin Abu Abdullah, and he said, 'In his bowing and his prostration.'"

أن النبي ﷺ كان يقول في ركوعه سبوح قدوس رب الملائكة والروح قال شعبة حدثني هشام بن أبي عبد الله عن قتادة عن مطرف عن عائشة أنها قالت في ركوعه وسجوده قال عفان قال شعبة فذكرت ذلك لهشام بن أبي عبد الله فقال في ركوعه وسجوده
