Ayesha said, "The household of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ kept a wild animal as a pet. Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out, it would frolic about, run vigorously, and dart back and forth. But the moment it sensed that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had entered, it would crouch down and not stir as long as he remained in the house, out of reluctance to disturb him."
