Ayesha reported,

The Prophet ﷺ, whenever he was ill or had slept through the night, would pray twelve cycles during the day. She said, "I never saw him stand in prayer through an entire night until dawn, nor did he ever fast a complete consecutive month except for Ramadan." She also said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would perform a deed and maintain it consistently."

وكان النبي ﷺ إذا مرض أو نام صلى بالنهار اثنتي عشرة ركعة قالت وما رأيته قام ليلة إلى الصبح ولا صام شهرا تاما متتابعا إلا رمضان وقالت كان رسول الله ﷺ يعمل عملا يثبته
