Ayesha reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No one will be called to account on the Day of Resurrection and then be forgiven. The Muslim will see his deeds in his grave."Allah says, "On that Day no human or jinn will be asked about their sin" [Rahman 55:39], and "The wicked will be recognized by their appearance" [Rahman 55:41].

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال لا يحاسب يوم القيامة أحد فيغفر له يرى المسلم عمله في قبره ويقول الله عز وجل {فيومئذ لا يسأل عن ذنبه إنس ولا جان} {يعرف المجرمون بسيماهم}
