Saad bin Hisham reported,

I asked, "Mother of the Believers, tell me about the character of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."She replied, "Do you not read the Quran?"I said, "Yes, I do."Then she recounted the hadith. She continued, "Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed a prayer, he would maintain it regularly. If he missed the night prayer because sleep overcame his eyes or due to illness, he would pray twelve units during the day."She added, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ never spent an entire night in prayer until morning, never recited the entire Quran in a single night, and never fasted a complete month other than Ramadan, until he died."

قلت يا أم المؤمنين حدثيني عن خلق رسول الله ﷺ قالت ألست تقرأ القرآن قال قلت بلى فذكر الحديث قالت وكان رسول الله ﷺ إذا صلى صلاة داوم عليها وكان إذا فاته القيام من الليل غلبته عيناه بنوم أو وجع صلى ثنتي عشرة ركعة من النهار قالت ولم يقم رسول الله ﷺ ليلة يتمها حتى الصباح ولم يقرإ القرآن في ليلة يتمه ولم يصم شهرا يتمه غير رمضان حتى مات
