Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

Regarding His statement , "You are the best nation produced for mankind, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong" [Aal Imran 3:110], he said, "They are those who emigrated with Muhammad ﷺ to Medina."Abu Naeem said, "With the Prophet ﷺ."
