She informed him that when the Prophet ﷺ passed away, he was covered with a striped Yemeni cloth.
حدثنا أبو اليمان قال أخبرنا شعيب عن الزهري قال أخبرني أبو سلمة بن عبد الرحمن أن
أخبرته أن النبي ﷺ حين توفي سجي بثوب حبرة
Its isnad is sahih, reported by Bukhari 3/113 no. 1241 (Fath), Muslim 2/651 no. 942, Abu Dawud 3/191 no. 3120, and Nasai 4/11 no. 1841, all in the chapter on funerals.
