He said to Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Bakr, "Abdul-Rahman, perform the ablution thoroughly, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Woe to the heels from the Fire.'"

لعبد الرحمن بن أبي بكر يا عبد الرحمن أسبغ الوضوء فإني سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول ويل للأعقاب من النار
Its isnad is sahih, through the route of Abu Mughira, from Uzai. As for Bahlul bin Hakeem, Abu Hatim considered him unknown, while Ibn Hibban considered him reliable. The hadith has already appeared at 23397.
