Ayesha reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Take on only as much religious practice as you can sustain, for Allah does not grow weary until you grow weary."Ayesha said, "The prayer most beloved to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was the one he could maintain consistently once he had begun it."Abu Salama said, Allah said, "And those who are constant in their prayers" [Maarij 70:23].

عن عائشة

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال خذوا من العمل ما تطيقون فإن الله عز وجل لا يمل حتى تملوا قالت عائشة وكان أحب الصلاة إلى رسول الله ﷺ إذا صلى صلاة داوم عليها قال أبو سلمة قال الله عز وجل {والذين هم على صلاتهم دائمون}
