When Maez bin Malik came to the Prophet ﷺ, the Prophet asked him, "Perhaps you only kissed her, or touched her, or looked at her?"He replied, "No."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then asked plainly, without using euphemism, "Did you have intercourse with her?"He answered, "Yes."At that point, the Prophet ordered that he be stoned.

أن النبي ﷺ لما أتاه ماعز بن مالك قال لعلك قبلت أو غمزت أو نظرت قال لا قال رسول الله ﷺ أنكتها لا يكني قال نعم قال فعند ذلك أمر برجمه
