Ayesha said to me, "Son of my sister, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ never once omitted the two prostrations after Asr when he was with me."

قالت لي عائشة يا ابن أختي ما ترك رسول الله ﷺ السجدتين بعد العصر عندي قط
Its chain of transmission is sahih. Muslim narrated it, 1/572, no. 835, in the Book of Travelers, and Bukhari narrated something similar, 2/64, no. 591 (Fath), in the Book of Prayer Times. We have already discussed this and said there that it is specific to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and the evidence for its being specific to him is that he forbade praying after Asr.
