The bedding on which the Prophet ﷺ slept at night was made of leather stuffed with palm fibers.
حدثنا أبو معاوية حدثنا هشام بن عروة عن أبيه
كان ضجاع النبي ﷺ الذي ينام عليه بالليل من أدم محشوا ليفا
Its isnad is sahih. Bukhari narrated it, 11/282, no. 6456, in Riqaq. Muslim, 3/1650, no. 2082. Abu Dawud, 4/71, no. 4147. Tirmidhi, 4/237, no. 1761, and he said, hasan sahih. And Ibn Majah, 2/1390, no. 4151, all of them in Libas.
