The Prophet ﷺ said, "What is forbidden through breastfeeding is the same as what is forbidden through birth."He said, Abdullah bin Abu Bakr also narrated to me from Amra, from Ayesha, from the Prophet ﷺ something similar.

عن النبي ﷺ يحرم من الرضاع ما يحرم من الولادة قال وحدثني عبد الله بن أبي بكر عن عمرة عن عائشة عن النبي ﷺ مثله
Its chain is sahih. Bukhari narrated it, 5/253, no. 2646, in the Book of Testimonies, Muslim, 2/1068, no. 1444, in the Book of Suckling, Abu Dawud, 2/221, no. 2055, Nasai, 6/98, no. 3300, and Ibn Majah, 1/623, no. 1937, all of them in the Book of Marriage, and Tirmidhi, 3/444, no. 1147, who said, in the Book of Suckling, hasan sahih.24052m - He said, Abdullah bin Abu Bakr narrated to me from Amrah, from Ayesha, from the Prophet ﷺ, the same.
