Mujazziz al-Mudliji came in to see the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and saw Usama and Zayd lying under a velvet cloak that covered their heads while their feet were exposed. He said, "These feet are part of one another."On another occasion, he said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came in to me looking delighted."
حدثنا سفيان عن الزهري عن عروة
دخل مجزز المدلجي على رسول الله ﷺ فرأى أسامة وزيدا وعليهما قطيفة وقد غطيا رءوسهما وبدت أقدامهما فقال إن هذه الأقدام بعضها من بعض وقال مرة دخل علي رسول الله ﷺ مسرورا
Its isnad is sahih. Bukhari related it, 1/87, no. 3731, in the Book of Virtues, and Muslim, 2/1081, no. 1459, in the Book of Suckling. Abu Dawud, 2/280, no. 2267, in the Book of Divorce, and Tirmidhi in the Book of Wala, 4/440, no. 2129, said, hasan sahih.
