Aishah reported that the Prophet ﷺ would pray Asr while the sun was still shining into my chamber, before the shadow had appeared.
حدثنا سفيان عن الزهري عن عروة
عن النبي ﷺ كان يصلي العصر والشمس طالعة في حجرتي لم يظهر الفيء بعد
Its isnad is sahih. Bukhari narrated it, 2/6 no. 522, in the chapter on prayer times, and Muslim, 1/426 no. 611, in the chapter on mosques, and Abu Dawud, 1/111 no. 407, and Tirmidhi, 1/298 no. 159, both in the chapter on prayer, and Tirmidhi said, hasan sahih, and Nasai, 1/252 no. 505, in the chapter on prayer times, and Darimi, 1/285 no. 1186, in the chapter on prayer, and Ibn Majah, 1/223 no. 683, and Ibn Khuzayma, 1/170 no. 332.
