Ayesha reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered the state of ihram for Hajj, while some people entered ihram for both Hajj and Umrah, and others entered ihram for Umrah alone.

أهل رسول الله ﷺ بالحج وأهل ناس بالحج والعمرة وأهل ناس بالعمرة
