The companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who entered ihram for Umra performed tawaf around the House and walked between Safa and Marwa, then performed tawaf again after returning from Mina for their Hajj. Those who combined Hajj and Umra performed only a single tawaf.

أن أصحاب رسول الله ﷺ الذين أهلوا بالعمرة طافوا بالبيت وبالصفا والمروة ثم طافوا بعد أن رجعوا من منى لحجهم والذين قرنوا طافوا طوافا واحدا
