Ayesha said, "I was the first person to ask the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about this verse, 'On the Day when the earth will be replaced by another earth, and the heavens as well, and they will come forth before Allah, the One, the Prevailing' [Ibrahim 14:48]."She said, "I asked, 'Messenger of Allah, where will the people be on that Day?'"He replied, "On the Sirat."
حدثنا ابن أبي عدي عن داود عن الشعبي
قالت عائشة أنا أول الناس سأل رسول الله ﷺ عن هذه الآية {يوم تبدل الأرض غير الأرض والسموات وبرزوا لله الواحد القهار} قالت فقلت أين الناس يومئذ يا رسول الله قال على الصراط
Its isnad is sahih. Muslim narrated it, 4/2150, no. 2791, in the chapter on the characteristics of the hypocrites, and Tirmidhi narrated it in the chapter on tafsir, 5/296, no. 3121, saying, hasan sahih. And Darimi narrated it, 2/423, no. 2809, in the chapter on rikaq, and also in the chapter on prayer, 1/400, no. 1447.
