The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are five harmful creatures that may be killed within the sacred precinct: the scorpion, the mouse, the kite, the rabid dog, and the crow."
حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري عن عروة بن الزبير
قال رسول الله ﷺ خمس فواسق يقتلن في الحرم العقرب والفأرة والحديا والكلب العقور والغراب
Its isnad is sahih. It is found in Muslim 2/856 no. 1198, in the chapter on Hajj, and Bukhari 4/34 no. 829 (Fath al-Bari), in the chapter on hunting, and Tirmidhi 3/188 no. 837, who said, hasan sahih. And Nasai 5/188 no. 2829, and Ibn Majah 2/1031 no. 3087, and Darimi 2/56 no. 1817, and Ibn Khuzayma 4/191 no. 2669, all of them in the chapter on Hajj.
