I asked Ayesha about the supplication of the Prophet ﷺ. She said, "He used to say, 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done.'"
حدثنا محمد بن فضيل قال حدثنا حصين عن هلال بن يساف
سألت عائشة عن دعاء النبي ﷺ قالت كان يقول اللهم إني أعوذ بك من شر ما عملته نفسي
Its isnad is sahih, its narrators being well known and trustworthy. Farwah bin Nawfal's status as a companion is disputed. The hadith was narrated by Muslim 4/2085 no. 2716, Abu Dawud 2/92 no. 1550, Nasai 3/56 no. 1307, Ibn Majah 2/1262 no. 3839, and Abd bin Humayd 441 no. 1529.
