The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say to her, "I can tell when you are angry with me and when you are pleased with me."She asked, "How can you tell that, Messenger of Allah?"He replied, "When you are angry, you say, 'No, by the Lord of Muhammad,' and when you are pleased, you say, 'No, by the Lord of the Messenger of Allah.'"
حدثنا عباد بن عباد عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه
أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يقول لها إني أعرف غضبك إذا غضبت ورضاك إذا رضيت قالت وكيف تعرف ذلك يا رسول الله قال إذا غضبت قلت يا محمد وإذا رضيت قلت يا رسول الله
Its isnad is sahih. It is found in Bukhari 9/325, no. 5228, in the Book of Marriage, chapter on women's jealousy, and in Muslim 4/1890, no. 2439, in the Book of the Virtues of the Companions.
