He traced the report back to the Prophet ﷺ, who said to a man, "Recite at the time of sleep, 'Say, O disbelievers' [Kafirun 109:1], for it is a disavowal of polytheism."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق: أخبرنا سفيان عن أبي إسحاق،
يرفعه إلى النبي، أنه قال لرجل: اقرأ عند منامك: قل يتأيها الكافرون، فإنها براءة من الشرك.
