He heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Blessed is the one who is guided to Islam, whose livelihood is just enough, and who is content with it."
حدثنا أبو عبد الرحمن حدثنا حيوة قال أخبرني أبو هانئ أن أبا علي أخبره أنه سمع
أنه سمع رسول الله ﷺ يقول طوبى لمن هدي إلى الإسلام وكان عيشه كفافا وقنع
Its chain of transmission is sahih, its narrators were mentioned shortly before. The hadith was narrated by Muslim 2/730 number 1004, and Tirmidhi 4/576 number 2349, who said, hasan sahih. Something similar is found in Hakim 1/35, and Dhahabi agreed with him. Also Ibn Mubarak in Zuhd 194, Ibn Hibban 2541 Mawarid, and Tabarani in Kabir 18/305.
