Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

A man was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who had been thrown by his mount and killed while in the state of ihram. He said, "Shroud him, but do not cover his head, and do not apply perfume to him, for he will be raised on the Day of Resurrection calling out the talbiyah."

عن ابن عباس أنه قال

ذكر لرسول الله ﷺ رجل وقصته راحلته وهو محرم فقال كفنوه ولا تغطوا رأسه ولا تمسوه طيبا فإنه يبعث يوم القيامة وهو يلبي أو وهو يهل
